If you have a spill, act immediately and using the simple steps below...
1. Soak up spillages with an absorbent cloth or tissue
2. Remove solids with a blunt knife
3. Add a little cold water to the stain/spillage and sponge off gently
4. Blot again with tissues or cloth until the spillage is removed
Never allow stains to dry out
Never over wet stains as this could cause them to spread
Never rub or scrub or soiled areas
Always have a stain removal kit to hand
